NEELA by Nitesh Maheshwari is a small business engaged in the online retail sale of clothing and accessories.

These General Terms and Conditions have been drafted in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, as amended) and Legislative Decree No. 70/2003 governing information society services and electronic commerce.

Before placing your order, we kindly ask you to read these General Terms and Conditions carefully and retain a copy for your records after completing your purchase.

Please note that we may modify or amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time. However, the version published on our website at the time your order is submitted will apply to your purchase.

Neela owns and operates the Website, its domains and subdomains, provides the Services and Content available through them, owns the trademark “Neela,” acts as the Data Controller for personal data processing, and is the Seller.

Consumer means any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.

Buyer means the Consumer purchasing goods through the Website.

Goods or Products means the products available for purchase on the Website.

Price means the amount payable for the purchased Product.

Contract or Sales Contract means the distance sales agreement concluded between the Buyer and NEELA through the Website using internet-based electronic commerce technology.

Order means any purchase proposal submitted by the Buyer to NEELA.

Order Confirmation means the email by which NEELA confirms acceptance of the Buyer’s Order.

Website means the website identified by the domain www.neela.shop including all related domains and subdomains.

User means any natural person who has provided their personal information in order to purchase Products through the Website.

Subject of the Contract and Pre-Contractual Information

These Terms govern the distance sale of Products offered by NEELA through its online store.

In compliance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005) and Legislative Decree No. 70/2003 on electronic commerce, NEELA provides all mandatory pre-contractual information relating to the Products through the relevant pages of the Website before you submit your purchase order.

Purchase Procedure and Formation of the Contract

To purchase Products through the Website, you will be required to:

  • Select one or more Products and add them to your shopping cart.
  • Review the summary of the selected Products in your shopping cart.
  • Enter all mandatory information required to complete your purchase.
  • Accept these General Terms and Conditions.
  • Give your consent to the processing of your personal data.

After entering your information and selecting your preferred payment and shipping methods, you may submit your purchase order and complete payment by clicking the “CONFIRM ORDER AND PAY” button.

Order Receipt Confirmation

Once payment has been successfully completed, EIGHT will send you an Order Receipt Confirmation email containing:

  • your Order number;
  • information and images relating to each Product purchased;
  • the purchase price, including shipping costs;
  • the payment method used;
  • the shipping recipient and delivery address;
  • your billing information;
  • delivery methods and applicable shipping charges;
  • a copy or reference to these General Terms and Conditions;
  • information regarding your right of withdrawal;
  • NEELA’s contact details.

Order Receipt Confirmation

After processing your Order, NEELA will send you a second email confirming acceptance of your Order. This email will include:

  • your Order number;
  • the total price paid, including shipping costs;
  • the delivery recipient and address;
  • billing information;
  • a link to exercise your right of withdrawal;
  • a link allowing you to download or print these Terms and Conditions;
  • NEELA’S contact details.

The Sales Contract shall be deemed concluded only when you receive the Order Confirmation email.

If you do not receive an Order Receipt Confirmation within seven (7) working days from submitting your Order, your Order shall be considered rejected by NEELA.
